Accommodation near UC (University of Canberra), Radford College, Lakes Ginninderra College and Calvary Hospital facilities  UniGardens offers  furnished apartments for students of any university or college, including Australian National University (ANU), Australian Catholic University (ACU), Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT), UNSW Canberra and others. 

UniGardens offer various styles of self-contained private or shared flats for rent, fully furnished with study areas, private kitchens and bathrooms. Short-term or long-term rent options are available for every budget, starting from as cheap as A$159 per week.

UniGardens provide a range of student services, including complimentary Meet & Greet from Canberra International Airport or Canberra Railway Station, counselling and mentoring, full access for disabled residents. Common facilities in our housing include public study room with a library, gym, pool table, vending machines, coin laundry, secure undercover car park and covered bicycle storage, open air barbecue area.

UniGardens student apartments features

Each apartment includes of a king size bed which splits into 2 single beds, 1 study desk with 2 chairs, 2 tubs chairs and table, 2 bedside tables, mirrored wardrobe, flat screen TV, bathroom facilities and kitchen. The kitchen has 2 cooktops and a convention oven that is also used as a microwave. We offer a gym on site and a main study room with free Wi-Fi, a games room and a BBQ area which is free to our residents. We have plenty of off street parking available otherwise we can offer a secured car spot for an additional fee. There is a communal laundry located in our basement for use by our residents. Our Occupants are very multicultural and mainly from international origins.
