BEDROOMS - Each room is self contained and has either a single or double bed (depending on the option you have selected), a desk, chair, shelves, wardrobe and en suite facilities. You can choose to have either an individual kitchenette or to use shared kitchen facilities. EN SUITE FACILITIES - All rooms have en suite facilities which are fully tiled and have a shower. INTERNET ACCESS POINTS - All rooms have cat5 internet access points with high speed internet access. TV POINTS - All rooms have a TV point for your convenience.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Prices include all utilities and 24hr high speed Internet connection, there are no further bills to pay. 

Any person signing a contract that decides not to come to Loughborough university may resign their contract if they give 4 weeks notice before the start of the tenancy. You will only then forfeit your rent advance monies.

If you are wanting to secure a place you will need to transfer £250 (this is rent advance money).
