The Townhouse has been developed in one of Hull·s finest buildings. Originally built in 1846, when Queen Victoria commissioned it for her personal physician Sir James Anderson, it has now been lovingly restored and provides for arguably the highest quality student accommodation in Hull.

Many features of the original building have been maintained, such as the sweeping staircase and ornate pillars, which compliment new features such as the striking Italian marble entrance hall.

The Townhouse provides all the benefits of City Centre living coupled with close proximity to the University being just 1.9 miles from Campus just short bus journey or walk away. Also a five minute walk from the Hull College.

The property is located next to the central library and short walk from the fitness centre and shops.

The property manager is available on site twice per week to sort any student problems and the common areas will also be cleaned twice per week the cost of which is included within the charges shown.
