Allen Court is our accommodation for students in Manchester located within the buzzing 

student area of Fallowfield. If you’re studying at either The University of Manchester, 

Manchester Metropolitan University or The Manchester Business School, they are just a 

short bus ride away from the property. The BIMM Institute is just a 15 minute bus ride!

Student living has never been more varied than at Allen Court . We offer a range of room 

styles, be it a furnished en-suite room within a cluster flat where you can make great friends,

 or a mezzanine studio where you can enjoy some privacy with your own bathroom, living 

and kitchen space. All our room styles are fully furnished and are designed with you in 

mind, you just need to find the best one for you!

There’s also high-speed Wi-Fi across the building so you can post all your amazing 

pictures from freshers week or play your favourite games. You can get to know your 

neighbours in our communal area or have a game of pool in the games area. If that’s 

not your style, watch a film and chill in our cinema room equipped with cosy bean bags 

and couches.

During exam season, or when you just want to get a head start with uni work, use our 

study rooms to focus on getting your tasks done. Our garden area is ideal for getting 

some fresh air and clearing your head after a busy day of lectures.

When living here, you will find a mixture of bars, restaurants, art galleries, and green 

spaces right on your doorstep within Fallowfield so, there’s always something to do when 

you have free time from uni. Whether it’s chilling with your friends at Platt Fields Park 

which is just a 5-minute walk away or going to nearby bars such as HAUS or Squirrels 

which are only down the road.

If going out for a meal is your favourite thing to do, there’s Burger & Co as well as House 

of Chai not far from the property so you can get together with friends and enjoy some 

tasty food. If you want to head off into the city centre, the world is your oyster as you can 

use the array of public transport available and hop on a bus to be there in 15-minutes.
