For those of you who prefer to live independently, the spacious studios certainly tick the box. Dual occupancy is available on the Premium Studios which range from a huge 28.5m2 to 31.1m2. Whichever room you choose, Briggate Studios has an epic number of facilities on-site to keep you occupied in your spare time. This includes a games room, TV lounge, yoga studio, cinema room, private dining room and loads of study/work spaces. There’s even a video creation room with a green screen where you can create your own reels and TikTok videos. We also have on-site laundry and even take care of your utility bills and provide you with free Wi-Fi and broadband.
