The Terry Frost Building located in the Sheepscar area of Leeds, whilst staying here, you’ll be less than a half an hour walk from the main institutions, University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett, Leeds Arts University, Leeds College of Music and Leeds City College.  

Students can choose from a range of luxurious en-suite style rooms in four-to-eight-bedroom cluster flats. For those who want more space to themselves, they can choose from a range of studio rooms which are spread across 6 floors. Each room features ample storage space, a comfy bed, your own study desk and chair, a private bathroom along with much more. Pass by the The Terry Frost Building art installation at the entrance and uncover our modern communal spaces,  including a lounge, study spaces and large gym. Grab a coffee at our café bar before having a meeting in our large designated meeting area.

On the ground floor there is also a brilliant public art gallery and studio space which will be used by local artists to feature workshops and host exhibitions, managed by the local award-winning non-profit organisation East St Arts.  

Head up to the 6th floor and enjoy our cinema room, private dining room or games area. There’s even a rooftop terrace with a biodiversity garden which is perfect for relaxing in the warm weather. We also have on-site laundry facilities, secure bicycle storage and a few car parking spaces available.  

Leeds has a vibrant and diverse student population boasting more than 50,000 full-time students, so you’ll certainly have a good student experience and make friends with people from all walks of life whilst living here for university.  

The property is situated in an ideal location lying to the Northeast of the city centre, with so many things to do and see on your doorstep. We’re just a 10-minute walk from the First Direct Arena which offers a great entertainment programme throughout the year, whilst the ultimate retail experience at Trinity Shopping Centre awaits being a 15-minute stroll away. 

For those who love eating out, there’s Homeboy Pizza Co and The Brunswick located around the corner from us. If you’re keen for somewhere to go for a few tipples, Belgrave Music Hall is a 10-minute walk away. Party animals will love the fact that nightlife hubs like Przym and Walkabout are just a mere stroll away too. When you need to grab a food shop, ALDI is just 2-minutes away by foot. 

Leeds is one of the greenest cities in Europe with two thirds of the total being woodlands and greenery, so when it comes to unwinding there’s the likes of Lovell Park and Woodhouse Moor within walking distance.
