Douper Hall accommodates 129 students, in 28 apartments and 5 studios. Group flats are available for 4, 5 and 6 students. Each apartment has a fully equipped communal kitchen, including cooker, oven, extractor fan, double fridge-freezer and microwave, incorporating an excellent sized, comfortable lounge and dining area. All flats are equipped with an en-suite containing a shower, toilet and wash hand basin with a double bed (three quarter) and additional office space. Inclusive of fast speed internet and a TV point accessible in every bedroom. The complex is in a secure environment with electronic gate entry (both pedestrian and vehicle), with the addition of security cameras monitoring 24/7 movements within the grounds. There is an on-site caretaker, who works between the hours of 9:00am-18:00pm weekdays and 9:00am-14:00pm Saturday. The caretaker is available at all times for any emergencies. The onsite parcel depot facility is open between 17:00pm- 18:00pm weekdays and 13:00pm-14:00pm on Saturday. Situated on the door step of multiple amenities including a thriving café culture, enviable restaurant scene and a plethora of independent boutiques.
