Within a 5-minute walk of the University of Leicester, and a 12-minute walk from De Montfort University, iQ Opal Court offers en suite student accommodation with a range of onsite facilities. Located on Lancaster Road, just off University Road, Opal Court could hardly be closer to the main University of Leicester campus, and is within a 10-minute walk of Leicester Train Station and other local amenities.

Opal Court offers a simple choice of two accommodation types. Both Silver En Suites and the larger Gold En Suites provide all the essentials of student living, including either a small double or double bed respectively. There is also a study area with desk, chair and storage, and an en suite shower room with washbasin and toilet. Each room has the use of a nearby shared kitchen and living space with TV. Rooms on our upper floors also enjoy views over the city.
