All of our rooms are purpose-built for students so you can focus on your studies in surroundings designed for you. Cluster bedrooms will come complete with a small double bed, a desk and chair, wardrobe, plenty of built-in storage and your own high spec en-suite bathroom. Shared kitchens come complete with a dining area, sofas, and a 42″ smart TV. Studios are perfect for if you like your own space and are fitted with all the same great amenities as a cluster room with the added bonus of a full-sized double bed, your own personal fitted kitchen, sofa area and smart TV. There will, of course, be high-speed broadband and wifi throughout the building too. There’s also a laundry room on site, a common room complete with games, TV and a study area, and an outdoor seating area – perfect for hanging out with your fellow residents! Fancy bringing your bike to uni? Great! You can rest assured it will be in safe hands in our secure bike storage facility.

For all your grocery needs, you’ll have Tesco and Asda superstores either side, as well as being opposite Cambridge Retail Park with the Grafton Centre, so it’ll be a walk in the park to find anything you could ever need. Speaking of parks, if you like the outdoors, Midsummer and Stourbridge Commons are just a five-minute walk away, so winter wanders and summer picnics will be aplenty!
