All living rooms open out onto the waterfront, with south facing terraces providing the perfect vantage point to watch the activity on the canal. Stacks 4–7 enjoy living spaces with increased ceiling heights, with views through to the top-lit staircase.

With room for everyone in the house to gather in the living area for the big match or a film, there’s also space for everyone to sit around the table and enjoy a meal together on those special occasions. And, on the off chance that you want to invite the neighbours around for a less formal social, the furniture can be moved to one side.

The kitchens are neat and practical with generous storage, cooking areas and refrigeration. Incorporating a dishwasher, the clean lines of the units should be clean throughout the day.
