Welcome to Rede House – student studio apartments in the heart of Middlesbrough.

Located on Corporation Road, students at Rede House have Middlesbrough on their doorstep. Teesside University is less than a 10 minute walk from the building, and with Middlesbrough Train Station around the corner, students can travel up to Newcastle in just over an hour.

Rede House is home to 240 students each year, offering a range of studios including our budget-friendly Single Bed Studios from just £100 per week, to our spacious deluxe apartments.

We offer dual occupancies in the majority of our room types – FREE OF CHARGE! 

Social Areas.

Students at Rede House get their own personal space to live in, whilst also having access to some great social areas in the building.

Students will have access to the building’s cinema room, gym and large common room.

The building also has a monthly social budget – so students can enjoy free pizza, films and games evenings all in the comfort of their own home!

What Else is Included?

To make things simpler, all bills are included in the rental price so there’s no need to worry about having to pay bills each month.

This includes free WiFi, water, electricity and even content insurance.

The building also has an onsite Accommodation Team who are on-hand if you have any questions about your stay.

For peace-of-mind, Rede House also has 24/7 CCTV and out-of-hours service.
