Botanic Studios is brand new student accommodation opening in Belfast in September 2017.
At Botanic Studios we have 156 studios over seven floors with a choice of four studio types from our Standard Studio through to our Deluxe Studio. We take individual or group bookings so if you are an individual who likes to have their own space and privacy then we can help find the ideal room for you, or if there are a group of students who would like to all live together on the same floor but still have your own space then we can help arrange that for you.
By choosing to live at Botanic Studios you will also have access to a great range of facilities on site including fantastic communal areas, a study room, garden room and outdoor courtyard.
Our student accommodation sits on the main bus route and Belfast’s main shopping areas, streets, pubs, nightclubs and bars are within short walking distance. The Movie House cinema is also just 5 minutes walk from us.
