Arofan House is our new student accommodation in Cardiff. It’s stylish, safe, and surrounded by all the amenities you need for a fun and easy time.

Getting to your lectures and seminars will be a doddle, because we’re just a 10-minute stroll or so from Cardiff University and the University of Wales, and a short bus ride from Cardiff Metropolitan University.

The busy Queen Street and St David’s Centre are just a stone’s throw away, which means you couldn’t be better situated for shops, restaurants and bars. You’ve also got the famous castle and the Millenium Stadium close by, and green parks like Sophia Gardens and Cooper’s Field. Essentially, you’ll be right in the middle of it all.

You’ll get a brand spanking new room that’s fully furnished, and you’ll get to choose what type too!

You can have an en-suite room in a shared apartment with other students, or you can have a studio that’s yours and yours only – it’s up to you. It’s worth noting that two of our studio options have a dual occupancy option.

So basically, everything’s ready for you. You’ll settle in before you know it. All you need to do is go out and get your food – and there are a few supermarkets close by, so that’s that sorted.

If you’re staying in an apartment with others, you’ll share a kitchen, and if you choose a studio, you’ll have your own little kitchenette and dining area. We reckon feeding yourself will be quite easy.
