PARK VIEW - STUDENT ACCOMMODATION IN MANCHESTER

Park View is a modern, newly refurbished property located just outside Rusholme, Manchester. The University of Manchester is just minutes away, meaning you can roll out of bed right into your lectures.

Park View has a cluster of apartments and each bedroom comes with its own en-suite shower. Each apartment is fully furnished and has beautiful décor. The kitchens are fully integrated with appliances and a breakfast bar and stools. The shared areas have contemporary sofas and a TV, where you can relax and socialise with your flat mates. Car parking is available and up to 100Mbps WIFI is provided throughout the property for your convenience.

Park View also has a common room, which has a TV and Sky. Laundry facilities are available as are car parking spaces. Our onsite Hospitality Team are here to help our students with any queries they may have, when the team leave for the day we have 24 hour security in place to ensure your safety at all times. Each student will have a key fob which will allow you entry into the building through the secure door system.
