In addition, it`s located just a ten-minute bus ride away from Exeter city centre. As well as being handily located for everything the city has to offer, our Exeter site is located in a quiet residential area ideal for postgraduates and international students, although our cluster flats are also great for undergraduates.

The property is situated to the north-west of Exeter city centre and benefits from being positioned within approximately 700m of Exeter·s main central rail station. The property benefits from being adjacent to the University of Exeter·s main campus and is opposite Exeter University Duryard Complex. Buses run regularly throughout the day between our Exeter site and Exeter city centre, and there`s a bus stop conveniently situated just outside the flats themselves.
