LUCAS STUDIOS, a brand new small collection of studios opens on Corporation Street in Birmingham this September and with bookings now open, get in quick to secure your perfect choice!

Our Marketing Suite is NOW OPEN from 9:30am – 3:30pm on Mondays, 2pm – 7pm on Wednesdays and 10:30am – 4:30pm on Fridays, so why not come along, take a look around and pick your perfect room for September!

Every EN SUITE STUDIO has been stylishly designed to include great storage space, comfy small double beds, spacious work areas, your very own en suite shower room, and stylish kitchen with breakfast bar. All bills, contents insurance and WiFi are also INCLUDED IN YOUR RENT.

Many of our studios also have their own BALCONY or TERRACE for you to enjoy a little outside space of your own. And our COFFEE LOUNGE is the ideal place to meet up and chill out with friends.

Lucas Studios is in a great location, ASTON UNIVERSITY is across the road, with UNIVERSITY COLLEGE BIRMINGHAM, BIRMINGHAM CITY UNIVERSITY, NEWMAN UNIVERSITY and BIRMINGHAM UNIVERSITY all also within easy reach. And all of Birmingham·s shops, restaurants, bars and the famous Bullring Shopping centre are just 10 minutes· walk away too!
